If you reach our voice mail, please leave your name and phone number and we will return your call. By Mail or Fax..... Please fill in the order form completely. Be sure to list your Name and Address (Sorry, UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box ) and a daytime phone number. Be sure to specify if the shipping address is different from the mailing address.Minimum Order.....$ 25.00 Orders under $25 are charged an additional $ 3.00 handling fee. Terms.... We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover Cards as well as checks and money orders. We do not offer open accounts. Please remember the UPS COD fee is now $ 8.50. Note: There is a $ 30.00 fee for any check returned to us by your bank for any reason. Shipping & Handling..... Because many of our items are heavy compared to their size, if you are sending a check or money order, please call your order in so we can pack and weigh it to calculate the actual shipping costs. If you want we can email the tracking number for your shipment. Please let us know if you want this information provided to you. Prices & Backorders..... We try to maintain prices and merchandise as shown in our catalog. We reserve the right, when necessary, to make changes in prices or policies without notice. Orders will be filled at current prices. We do not backorder items, so please reorder accordingly. Shipping Damage..... If your goods are damaged in transit, the delivering transportation company is required by law to make notation of the damage on the paid freight bill. If the damage is concealed, they are obligated to make inspection after the goods are unpacked. This applies to both UPS and common carrier companies. Please make your claim for damaged goods against the carrier. Resale Numbers.... Please remember, if you are in Indiana, you must pay the 6% sales tax unless you provide us with a valid Indiana resale #, if you have one. Resale numbers must be confirmed once a year.
